Description
The Clearinghouse will empower businesses to recognize drivers who submit a medication and liquor program infringement while working for one boss, but who fail to subsequently inform another employer. At the point when a business questions a driver’s data in the Clearinghouse (with the fitting assent), they will enter the driver’s CDL data to check if any infringements are related to that driver’s CDL. A driver is needed to enter their CDL data during their Clearinghouse enrollment.
